At Mom’s Touch, we strive to provide high-quality skincare products. Due to the personal nature of our products, we have a limited return policy.

Returns

We only accept returns in case of:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong item delivered

To request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images/videos).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or opened products
  • Products returned after 48 hours

Refunds

Once your request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
